About me
Sarah Aagard is a Staff Attorney in the Lexington South Trial Office and an alum of the Frankfort and Hopkinsville Trial Offices. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Sarah worked in union and community organizing in the Southwest for several years after college before attending Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in Chicago. She has a cat, Radagast, who is named for a less-famous wizard from Lord of the Rings. Sarah, her fiancé Maurice, and Radagast live together in Lexington. Sarah is passionate about racial justice, equity, prisoners’ rights, pottery, group fitness at the YMCA, and birds.
