About me
Kayla Fugate is the Directing Attorney for Bowling Green South office of the Department of Public Advocacy. She is a native of Simpson County, Kentucky and a graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law. She attended Western Kentucky University for undergrad where she was a “friend” of Big Red and worked as a tour guide for the National Corvette Museum. Kayla began her career in DPA in 2014 with a brief intermission in private practice returning in 2018. She serves as a board member for KACDL as well as Kentucky Kids on the Block and is extremely passionate about raising awareness and funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She and her husband live in Bowling Green with their three cats. They enjoy travelling and spending time with their nieces and nephews.
