About me
Jessica Paris Shoemaker is a criminal defense investigator with the Nashville branch of Inquisitor, Inc. Prior to joining Inquisitor, Jessica was a fact investigator with the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy from 2010-2018, first in the Cynthiana Trial office and then at Capital Trial Branch-West in Shelbyville. Her favorite times at DPA were coaching at the Advanced Criminal Defense Investigation Institute with her friends and colleagues. She continues to serve indigent clients as a Chapter 31 fact and mitigation investigator. She attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham ultimately receiving her Master's degree in Criminal Justice. She grew up in Bridgeport, Alabama and continues to live in the heart of the Tennessee Valley with her family. She enjoys attending concerts with her older daughter, watching her younger daughter play sports, and traveling with her husband.
