About me
Hello, I’m Elias Kang-Bartlett, staff attorney in the DPA LaGrange Post-Conviction Office. I grew up in Louisville, KY and attended the University of Louisville for my undergrad and law school degrees. My interest in expungements arose early in my legal career, where I volunteered with and helped organize expungement clinics for Legal Aid, Urban League, and Goodwill. Outside of work, I prefer spending my free time outdoors, kayaking, playing soccer, and taking my two dogs out for a hike.
