About me
Duncan is a trial Attorney with Kentucky DPA, currently assigned to the conflicts branch. He litigates cases in various circuits throughout Kentucky. Prior to working for DPA, Duncan spent a decade as a Foreign Service Officer (Diplomat) with the US Department of State. He represented the interests of the US Government and US Citizens while stationed at multiple US Embassies overseas; including Peru, Egypt, Mauritania, and the Libya External Office in Tunisia. His work included rule of law and digital evidentiary issues with federal law enforcement. Duncan graduated from University of Wisconsin Law School in 2011, and is licensed in Virginia, Wisconsin, and Kentucky. Prior to Law School, Duncan served in the US Marine Corps in the Infantry and MARSOC (Special Operations).
