About me
Kita Clement is a Social Worker and is the Department of Public Advocacy’s Social Service Specialist. She is a three time graduate of Western Kentucky University. In addition to a BSW degree, she holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administrative Support Management and a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW). She currently is state licensed as a Certified Social Worker (CSW). Ms. Clement has been with DPA since 2006, when she started as an intern. She has 20+ years of experience working with disadvantaged youth and adults through advocacy, education, training, and mentoring. She is passionate about her work as a change agent with adults and youth in the criminal justice system.
