In this session we will do a deep dive into the cross of the Government’s witnesses and direct of defense witnesses in a strangulation trial. This will include a discussion on how to challenge pseudo-science and medical testimony. We will also explore how to elicit strong stories of non-guilt through storytelling in direct examination of the defense witnesses.
